Notice to Members
For the past few months Soo Co-op Credit Union has been upgrading our Online Banking Program. These changes will be going into effect on Monday, June 4, 2018! We are very excited to be able to provide you with better security and enhanced features that will help you achieve everything you want from us, right from your own home.
On the morning of Monday, June 4th we will have our Online Banking product shut down while we update everything. This update will take until the afternoon but we will keep you posted on our website as the day progresses. Once we go live you will be able to log into our new product and get started on setting up your new credentials. To assist in this we have created a helpful log in guide. If you are primarily a mobile user you will need to log into the online banking platform to update your account number to the required user name! If you do not do this you will not be able to log into your account using your phone or tablet. To access the log in guide, please click here for instructions on how to log into the new product. If you are unable to reach a computer or browser to set this up on your own please call (906)632-5300 so that we may assist you!
Once you have created a username and logged into online banking, you will be able to use this username and password to log into your mobile banking. Also once this is completed and you have successfully logged back into mobile banking, the app will remember your username and you will be able to turn fingerprint reading back on for phones that can handle this feature.
